In compliance with its company policy, Ponti & Frigerio has obtained the quality certification, according to ISO 9001:2015, issued by the Swiss Body SQS.
The quality of the products, as well as the high standard of the services offered by the Company to its customers, is guaranteed by the careful selection of suppliers and supply markets, staff training, constant verification of the conformity of instruments and equipment, monitoring and control during all phases of manufacturing process, in addiction to an integrated quality-safety-environment system.

The Quality Control Department features:

• a metrology room with controlled atmosphere, provided with a MITUTOYO three-dimensional measuring machine and instruments fully calibrated by qualified and authorized centers;
• measuring instruments for the control of the size, the hardness and the surface.

The Company develops sampling plans, organized according to the needs of production, and it issues declaration of quality and compliance, on the basis of the parameters required by the customer.
