Ponti & Frigerio has a Technical Office, that manages the CNC machines’ production planning.
Using the latest software, the Company is able to carry out the programming for milling from 2 to 5 continuous axis, turning from 2 to 22 axis and operations mill-turn on multifunction machines, including the use of B axis.

Furthermore, Ponti & Frigerio has an interface from CAD to CAM, which directly imports native models from any source, without data loss. It is possible to work directly any combination of geometries: solids, surfaces, wireframes or STL.

Before the production, programs are tested with a fast, accurate and reliable system of dynamic simulation for s-olids, avoiding expensive “in air” processes on the tool machine. This system allows to verify the conformity between the customer’s request and the program.
